Terms & Conditions (T&C)

1. Scope

​

These Terms & Conditions apply to all services and products of Damerau Suits GmbH, based in Fribourg, Switzerland. They govern the contractual relationship between the client and Damerau Suits GmbH in connection with the manufacture and delivery of bespoke garments.

2. Appointment scheduling

​

Consultations and measurements are by appointment only. Scheduled appointments are binding. Cancellations or changes must be communicated at least 24 hours before the appointment.

3. Contract formation

​

A contract is concluded once the client places an order following the measurement session and fabric selection. Changes or cancellations are not possible after contract formation, due to the bespoke nature of the items.

4. Prices and payment terms

​

All prices are stated in Swiss Francs (CHF) and are binding. A deposit may be required at the time of order. The balance is due upon delivery of the suit. Accepted payment methods: cash, card, or bank transfer.

5. Delivery and collection

​

Production is carried out within the agreed timeframe. The suit is made available in-store for fitting and collection. Delivery times may vary depending on workload.

6. Returns and cancellation

​

As these are bespoke items, there is no right of cancellation or return. Exceptions apply only to proven manufacturing defects, which will be addressed under applicable warranty provisions.

7. Warranty

​

Should defects occur despite careful craftsmanship, they will be corrected free of charge. There is no entitlement to a refund or price reduction, provided corrections are possible.

8. Liability

​

Damerau Suits GmbH is liable only for damages caused by intentional or grossly negligent behavior. No liability is accepted for indirect or consequential damages or costs.

​

9. Data protection

​

All customer data collected in connection with the business relationship is handled confidentially and used exclusively for order fulfillment.

​

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

​

Swiss law applies exclusively. The place of jurisdiction is Fribourg, Switzerland.
